The boys decided they wanted to be skeletons this year. I figured it would be easy enough but let me tell you, these costumes were a serious labor of love. I decided I'd hand stitch each of the bones to give them more character and it took forever. The boys could care less about this detail but I think it was definitely worth it.
Grace! These are fab-u-loso!!!! oh and the masks such an awesome touch...I love the last photo to pieces and it needs to be canvased and hung up EVERY Halloween from now on!!!

ReplyDeleteI used eco-fi felt by Kunin (available at Joann's) - it's a great felt to use on kids' clothing since it's washable. To fuse the bones on, I used heat n bond fusible webbing.
